Corporate Sales Associate(Female) Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
a. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our pre-recorded educational courses.
b. Clearly explain course features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
c. Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
d. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

2. Administration:
a. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including responding to inquiries, coordinating schedules, and organizing documents.
b. Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing data.
c. Ensure smooth operation of office activities and collaborate with other departments as needed.
d. Manage correspondence, handle customer support queries, and respond to emails.
