About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and qualify opportunities
2. Prospect and identify key decision-makers in the target market
3. Travel to customer sites and tradeshows to promote the company s products and services
4. Understand the prospect requirement and tailor out Paysquare offerings to bring value to the end user
5. Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as product features, pricing, quotes, and issues/concerns
6. Complete RFPs and preparation of commercial proposals
7. Follow up on submissions, negotiate, and close business
8. Work on being aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company s potential to meet customer needs
9. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in sales CRM
10. Achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline funnel-building targets and revenue targets

Skills & Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
2. Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet company objectives
3. A consummate team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats
4. Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale
5. Ability to generate leads and build the business in a wide-open market
6. At least 1+ years of sales experience selling in the B2B segment and consistently achieved/exceeded sales targets
7. Great at speaking, writing, and making presentations
8. Working knowledge of HRMS software applications and products
9. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
11. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
13. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
14. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
15. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
16. Should have B2B sales, software sales (SAAS based, ERP, HRMS, CRM) experience
17. Corporate sales experience preferred

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
