Corporate Partnership / Business Development Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Compile and maintain a database of national and local donor organizations (national foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies, and private corporations offering donations)
2. Monitor regularly donor websites and identify and inform donor opportunities matching the work of the organization
3. Undertake online research and build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds for the activities of the organization
4. Maintain relationships with existing donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
5. Deepen proactively existing donor relationships, identify new donors investors, and client meetings, and do a follow-up
6. Update sales CRM application on daily basis
7. Handle business development through acquisition, development, and management of corporate partnerships fundraising/ commercial/ strategic
8. Create and pitch proposals/presentations to potential donors
9. Manage donor, closure, and negotiation, client survey
10. Set fundraising/ revenue goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve them

Requirements:

1. Good experience in fundraisers in the development sector
2. To be available for free traveling across the district mainly in remote areas and conducting meetings with govt. officers, industry, and corporate clients
3. Experience in CSR or corporate social responsibility partnerships building and B2B sales
4. Exposure to government liaisoning and institutional sales is an added advantage
5. Graduate with PGDM in business management, MBA sales, or equivalent level
6. Masters in social work with a fundraiser on CSR would be added advantage
7. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill
