The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful content marketing pieces as per clients requirements. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital (mainly) and print sources of media.
Key responsibilities:
1. Creating new content to assist marketing campaigns
2. Working closely with marketing team members & external teams
3. Optimizing content using SEO best practices
4. Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines.
5. Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
6. Learning about the ongoing trend, customer behavior, and target audience for the copy
7. Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content
8. Writing web copies
9. Landing page copies
10. Writing blogs/articles for any platform
11. Updating and revision as per the requirements
12. Developing and creating social media copies and captions as per channel mainly, LinkedIn and Instagram & Facebook
13. Brainstorming for campaigns and posts around the theme
14. Tracking competition's social media posts
15. Writing social media ad copies
16. Writing copies for various marketing collaterals
17. Working on content for catalogs and brochures
18. Writing marketing/sales-oriented emails/newsletters
19. Writing video scripts
20. Working on product page content based on SEO and competitive analysis
Bachelor's degree in English/mass communication/business studies/marketing or relevant experience in writing to support the application
Understanding of the needs associated with a project and the target audience
Experience writing copy or with a specific industry, such as healthcare, business, marketing, finance, technology, etc. is a plus
Must have receptiveness to feedback
Adept at delivering as per the deadlines
Result-oriented, creative, and resourceful
Should be able to ideate and execute posts and stories for all social media handles
Excellent written English
Ability to think creatively
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
