Key responsibilities:

1. Research industry-related topics & update website content as needed (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
2. Write clear marketing copy to promote products/services
3. Write engaging content for different online mediums like websites, blogs, articles, emails
4. Proofread and edit blog posts before publications
5. Write blog copies, web page copies, email workflows
6. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
7. Create content for online marketing materials like infographics, PPT, guest blogs
8. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
