1. Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization of key traffic KPIs for new customer acquisition and repeat purchases
2. Work closely with management to strategize and improve funnel conversion
3. Focus on conversion rate optimization
4. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, tracking their impact and analyzing the success rate of each campaign, followed by effective action points and strategies
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign activities and promotional offers to drive customer acquisition and retention
6. Analyze performance across marketplaces and provide insights to in-house teams for product development
7. Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks
8. Apply knowledge in conversion management, sales journey optimization, and traffic analysis
9. Assist in executing sales/events and new product launches, including support for influencer activation
10. Create frameworks that transform marketplace advertising spends into highly profitable platforms
11. Own the broad-level P&L for the marketplaces for the company's brands
12. Manage online merchandising on the D2C channel and enable engagement via owned platforms to increase consumer, customer, and business impact
13. Maintain updates as products are added and prices are changed
