1. Execute end-to-end training requirements right from training the target ITI candidates in CNC theory as well as practical operation and aligned subject material technology, technical drawing, metal cutting technologies, etc.
2. Prepare lesson plans
3. Work on content development, continuous improvement, training calendar preparation, preparation of PPTs as per subject requirement by the client, activity-based learning, arrangement of industrial visits for trainees, training at client location as per their requirement, certification process, placement drive arrangement, and tracking of placement
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Must have hands-on knowledge of CNC programming set-up procedures and shopfloor work experience
2. Hands-on experience with various machine control
3. Good presentation skills, communication skills, and training skills
4. Eager to adopt new skills
5. Must have knowledge of assessment procedures (optional)
6. MIS report writing skills
7. Candidate must have a diploma or engineering/be a pass-out in mechanical engineering with at least 0-2 years of experience as a CNC operator and trainer
