In this context, ACCESS is inviting applications from self-driven professionals who are interested in taking on the role of Cluster Coordinator / Coordinator and delivering against the objectives of the project.
Key responsibilities:
1. Implement project activities with 270-330 women entrepreneurs in each Cohort in specified project districts in a timely manner and with high-quality standards.
2. Prepare and submit monthly action plans, weekly progress updates, and monthly progress reports to Sr. Project Coordinator/Manager.
3. Identify and mobilize women entrepreneurs to register for the program and participate in workshops and training sessions (on themes of enterprise development, financial and digital literacy, gender, etc.).
4. Conduct follow-ups on training, seek feedback through physical visits and calls to project participants, and provide hand-holding support to ensure improved outcomes.
5. Maintain individual-level data of participating women enterprises on the project MIS to track project progress as per identified indicators.
6. Form and manage peer groups/clubs of registered women entrepreneurs and mobilize them for monthly meetings for peer learning and dissemination of educational and training videos and messages.
7. Engage with government departments and financial institutions to leverage financial assistance for women-owned enterprises in convergence with ongoing government schemes/programs (like PMFME, SEP, PMEGP, etc.). Facilitate the women entrepreneurs in loan application and documentation processes.
8. Engage with other local-level stakeholders, such as distributors, wholesalers, traders associations, etc., to ensure business services are efficiently availed by participating women enterprises.
9. Coordinate with participating women enterprises to map business performance, business skills, and adoption of business practices.
10. Document project activities through photographs and collect data for beneficiary case studies.
11. Participate in fortnightly and monthly project review meetings.
12. Work as per the guidelines of the project and organization.
13. Implement other tasks assigned by the Project Lead or Head Office as per project requirements from time to time.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Ajmer, Alwar, Delhi, Gurgaon, Rohtak, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Fatehpur, Jaipur, Noida, Nuh, Kanpur Dehat, Uttarakhand, West Bengal and neighboring cities
Other requirements
1. Bachelors degree from any recognized university.
2. Preferred at least 2 years of experience in the livelihood sector and community mobilization and hand-holding.
3. Good command of the local language (Hindi etc.) and ability to understand and write English.
4. Working ability to understand-read-write English.
