Job Title: Client Servicing Manager - Corporate Events
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison between the company and corporate clients, understanding their goals, expectations, and needs.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Provide regular updates to clients on event progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Event Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with clients to conceptualize event themes, formats, and deliverables that align with their objectives.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure all aspects of event planning and execution meet client expectations.
Oversee on-site event management, ensuring flawless execution and addressing any real-time challenges.
Project Management
Manage multiple event projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Prepare detailed project timelines, event proposals, and budgets for client approval.
Monitor post-event processes, including reporting, client feedback, and follow-ups for continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed seamlessly.
Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders involved in the project.
Financial Oversight
Assist in budget planning, cost control, and invoicing for client projects.
Client Retention & Growth
Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Work with senior management to develop strategies for client retention and expanding accounts.

Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the event industry, specializing in corporate events.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile corporate clients and deliver exceptional service.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate events, including conferences, product launches, seminars, and incentive programs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in event management tools and software is a plus (e.g., Cvent, Zoho, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
