As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services. You will provide support to the projects delivered to ensure that the products are up and running without any bugs or issues in it.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication
2. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their products and address any concerns
3. Work with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of issues identified by clients or users
4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
6. Get reviews from clients on multiple platforms like Clutch, Appfutura, Google reviews
