Qualifications & skills:

1. Educational background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; a master s degree or MBA is preferred
2. Professional experience (Preferred): Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent leadership position. Proven track record of successfully managing a similar or larger-sized organization, demonstrating strategic leadership, and achieving business growth
3. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the overseas as well as Indian education landscape, trends, and challenges; experience in overseas
4. Leadership skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of leading and inspiring high-performing teams. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to set and execute a clear vision and strategy for the organization
5. Strategic vision and execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans that drive growth and profitability. Proven experience in business development, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding the company's market presence
6. Financial acumen: Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. Ability to drive financial performance, manage resources effectively, and ensure sustainable growth
7. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, board members, employees, and external partners. Strong negotiation and presentation skills
