We are looking for a proactive chat process executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide customer support via live chat, assisting customers with their queries and technical issues. You must have excellent MS Office, creative writing, and English proficiency (written).
Key responsibilities:
1. Responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
2. Managing customer accounts and providing accurate information
3. Escalating customer issues and following up on them
4. Assisting customers with technical problems
5. Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
6. Collaborating with other departments to provide the best customer experience
7. Analyzing customer feedback and making suggestions for improvement
8. Training other chat process executives
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 5%
3. Other incentives: 5%
