Career Counselor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Connect, counsel, and guide working professionals, and students on career-oriented programs
2. Connect clients through outbound calling from the database and generate new leads & prospects
3. Work on cold calling, emailing, scheduling meetings with prospects, and closing sales
4. Convert leads from various sources into sales (web, referrals, telecall, etc.)
5. Achieve the assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
6. Target the right set of audiences and ensure sales closures by continuous follow-up
7. Build healthy relations and rapport with customers and ensure the best service is given

Requirements:

1. Good communication & convincing skills, and fluency in English are required
2. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to deliver performance
3. Inclination and interest to work in a sales-driven environment
4. Graduate/Postgraduate with knowledge of computers is essential
5. The position requires good oral communication skills and good telephone etiquette
6. Aspirants with 1-3 years of experience in counseling, lead generation, telemarketing, and inside sales can apply
