1. The average incentive earned by a BDA in the system is around INR 30k monthly but our best associates make even INR 70-80k of incentives every month apart from their fixed salary
2. The OJT (on-the-job training) phase will start for the candidates who have successfully cleared the SGDP (sales grooming & development program)
3. The entire role will be for 6 days a week (Monday would be an off)
4. The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, process adherence, behavioral aspects, quality audits, and feedback from the manager/trainer and HR team
5. Upon successfully passing the training program, you become eligible to be offered the BDA inside sales role at 8 LPA( 5 fixed + 3 variable)
6. You will be able to start the job in the offered role's location only after you join the organization as a BDA
7. Allowance (ATP during OJT): INR 1250/week + INR 1250 travel allowance once in tenure
8. Additional stipend of INR 18,000 for target completion of 3 valid sales and 6 valid conduction
