Business Research Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on conducting the telephonic surveys/interviews through cold calling and collecting the data, manually, and leveraging the automation tools
2. Define the lead qualification rules and refine those based on client feedback
3. Work on collecting and analyzing equity fundamentals data for the global market and taking ownership of data quality controls to ensure consistent and high-quality data are manufactured in order to meet product requirements

Required:

1. The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, persistence, self-motivation, versatility, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, a sense of humor and an authentic demeanor are assets
2. Excellent web research acumen and interest
3. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
4. PC proficiency + strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential
5. Understand and leverage the sources of information
6. Understand the tools to research data and also capture the data
7. Own and drive continuous improvement within the process through quality initiatives
8. Need to work with considerable latitude under the direction of the operations head/manager and in sync with the vision of the company
9. Candidate must be fluent with excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
10. Must be ready to work in rotational shift timing

Additional details:

1. Competitive salary commensurate with experience
2. This position will have 15 days training and learning program around research methods and research models. Following this, the candidate will be on a probation period of 6 months and will not be liable for any offer of benefits or vacation pay
3. Training will be paid as 50% of the salary, and 50% salary with be on hold for 03 months. Once the candidate completes 03 months he will get the 50% of the salary
4. CTC Salary 2 lakhs to 4.5 lakhs annually
5. Shift Timing The candidate must be flexible to work across shifts such as Australian (early morning), European (afternoon), and American (evening)
6. Generally, the working hours for the above shifts could be - New Zealand and Australia shift starting at 1.30 AM/4.00 AM IST, APAC shift starting at 6.30 AM IST, and EU shift starting at 12.30 PM IST & American shift starting at 6.30 PM IST
