KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales targets and budget allocations.
Map the market and maintain up-to-date intelligence on customers in the region.
Develop a prioritised target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Maintain book of business as agreed
Work on Integrated Solutions for Customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Ensure 100% CRM adoption and maintain pipeline as per budget
Add new customers as agreed.
Focus on DSO and collections
Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for critical customers to assess performance and opportunities
Develop strong understanding of the business of Critical customers to aid customer retention.
Ensure effective communication with Pricing and Operations teams on any opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.
