Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for a full-time position at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd. The position is based in Hyderabad and Vadodara, targeting mid-level professionals with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The role is focused on driving business growth through strategic planning and execution to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience and expertise with Salesforce (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless management of customer relationships and sales processes.
Proficient in lead generation (Mandatory skill), capable of generating high-quality leads to create a strong sales pipeline and boost business growth.
Proven track record in B2B sales (Mandatory skill), essential for negotiating deals and building long-term business relationships with corporate clients.
Strong market research skills to analyze market trends, customer needs and identify emerging opportunities for business expansion.
Excellent negotiation skills, critical for managing complex sales processes and achieving favorable outcomes in contract agreements.
Skilled in contract management, enabling effective handling of agreements with clear terms and conditions to safeguard company interests.
Proficient in networking, essential for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential partners.
Experience in B2C sales, enhancing capabilities to manage diverse customer interactions and optimize the customer acquisition process.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting research and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Use strategic sales tactics to enhance revenue generation and meet or exceed the company's sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with strategic partners and clients.
Collaborate with internal departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats to maximize market share.
Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
