Business Development Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
2. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase sales and profitability
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients
5. Conduct research and analyze market trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments and client needs
6. Attend industry events and conferences to stay connected with key stakeholders
7. Create strategic proposals by studying client s needs, and competitor research & suggesting marketing & branding strategies as and when required
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
9. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling sales materials
10. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
11. Assist the marketing team in lead-generation activities
12. Connect & pitch potential prospects on different social media & job platforms
13. Meet or exceed sales targets

Skills & qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. At least 1 year experience in a related field
3. Proven track record of success in a similar role
4. Experience working in a marketing or advertising firm
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
7. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
8. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
9. Self-motivated and results-oriented
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
11. Experience in marketing & business development preferably in a creative agency
