43oKey responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging real estate trends, and new investment opportunities.
2. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to increase company revenue and market share in the real estate sector.
4. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional networks and promote the company's brand.
5. Lead generation: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts to expand the company's client base.
6. Property presentations: Present property offerings to prospective clients, showcasing the features and advantages of various properties.
7. Proposal development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
8. Track progress: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
9. Client negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitable terms for the company.
10. Market analysis: Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.
11. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.

-Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

-Knowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes, and investment ----Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
