We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives with exceptional English communication skills, a persuasive mindset, and the ability to think critically. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by effectively communicating our products or services to potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients' needs, challenges, and objectives, and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
4. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts to drive sales opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to strategize and execute effective sales plans, including pricing negotiations and contract closures.
6. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and risks.
8. Continuously refine sales techniques, pitches, and strategies based on feedback, market insights, and personal experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

2. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze situations, and propose effective solutions.

5. Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.

8.Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS industry, is a plus.

9. Candidates who are open for Night shifts.
