Business Development Executive Job

Prop News Time is looking for dynamic and driven professionals to join our team as Business development executive for our daily online newspaper. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your communication and networking skills while engaging with key stakeholders in the real estate industry in India.

Key responsibilities:

1. Networking and cultivating relationships with builders, developers, and other industry stakeholders.
2. Identifying potential collaborations, sponsorship opportunities, and industry trends by attending press conferences, property expos, and real estate events.
3. Following up with builders through site visits, scheduling appointments, and maintaining regular communication.
4. Coordinating and scheduling meetings with key industry players to explore partnership opportunities.
5. Identifying and leveraging new business development opportunities within the real estate sector.

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, media communication, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, journalism, content writing, or real estate marketing.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather information from reliable sources.
Familiarity with digital media, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
