Ambe Healthcare staffing is a subsidiary of Ambe International group of companies having 40 years of extensive experience in recruitment and staffing services. Our parent company's team of recruiters is based across 6 countries: UK, Germany, Romania, Oman, Dubai, and India.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated business development/sales executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers with a passion for sales and business development. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales with potential clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in using LinkedIn, possess strong communication skills, and be confident in engaging with leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to prospect, generate, and qualify new leads.
2. Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
3. Understand client needs and present tailored staffing solutions.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
5. Manage and track leads in the CRM system.
6. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with senior management to strategize sales efforts.
7. Confidently close deals and negotiate terms with clients.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Working hours: This role requires working from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.

Other requirements

1. Freshers or individuals with 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or related fields.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn for lead generation and networking.

4. Confident, proactive, and comfortable with cold calling and closing sales.

5. Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

7. A positive, energetic, and driven attitude.

8. Preferred qualifications:

a. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.

b. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is an advantage.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
