We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Housing Finance(HL, LAP, etc.). As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation through strategic planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
5. Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
6. Generating and presenting sales proposals to clients.
7. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
