Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in software sales (experience with Bentley products is a plus).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Ability to understand and articulate software solutions related to construction and infrastructure projects.
3. Familiarity with Bentley Systems’ products (MicroStation, OpenBuildings, ProjectWise, etc.) is highly desirable.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
5. Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Networking: A strong network within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries is a plus.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
