About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
2. Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
3. Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
4. Conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
5. Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
6. Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
7. Monitoring and reporting on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.

2. Excellent written and oral communication in English.

3. Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development in the Indian business landscape.

4. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

8. Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.

9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
