Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Property acquisition
2. Market analysis

5. Collaboration and reporting
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote acquired properties.
Prepare and present regular reports on property acquisition activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Up to 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
5. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
