Business - Inside Sales Role:

Key responsibilities:

1. Attract potential customers by explaining the product, answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's problem; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
3. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
4. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
5. Open customer accounts by recording account information in CRM
6. Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM
7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Ideal Candidate :

1. Competitive, confident, self-motivated, and driven team player
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to take ownership, and work independently and closely with senior stakeholders.
4. Must have languages English and Hindi, multilingual (preferred)
5. Qualification - Any graduate
