About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on customer onboarding
2. Interact with the product & tech team to suggest improvements/changes
3. Interact with the marketing team to suggest improvements/changes
4. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
5. Conduct feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction
6. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
7. Follow up to ensure the resolution
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9. Take the extra mile to engage customers

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
