Our app called "educhat" tried to bring parents and teachers together. Our customer base is more than 10 lakh parents and counting. We are looking for self-motivated and energetic business development executives who can help us to grow. As a business development professional, you will be interacting with the parents and explaining to them about GlobalShiksha's educational products.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Suggest the right suitable products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
3. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation via digital marketing
4. Conduct daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
5. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Requirements:
1. Must be energetic, well-spoken, target oriented, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Jaipur
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
