1. Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate client's requirements
2. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, email marketing, social media marketing, etc.
3. Generate leads using LinkedIn and via other mediums in markets like the UK, the USA, etc.
4. Grow business through the development of new leads and new contacts
5. Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements
6. Bring business from consulting firms/service companies mainly in IT contract staffing in software development/consulting and its related services
7. Upsell the services to customers
8. Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients, and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities
9. Work on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
10. Work on proposals, negotiation, and lead conversion
Requirements:
1. LinkedIn sales navigator knowledge is a must
2. Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience in the international market (lead generation)
3. Relevant experience in the IT outsourcing industry is required
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
5. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
6. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred
7. From IT sector (preferred)
