Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide support to customers
2. Prospect for new leads based on product and buyer context and generate leads
3. Follow up with sales-qualified leads (SQL) over phone calls, messages, and emails based on the buyer journey context and convert SQLs into sales
4. Draft engaging emails based on buyer journey context
5. Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
6. Work on managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way that builds brand awareness and revenue growth
7. Work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers and increase growth
8. Work on community engagement
9. Create campaigns for community growth
10. Work on inside sales and demo
11. Work on setting and implementing forum campaigns to align with marketing strategies
12. Respond to queries and maintain communication
13. Understand social media trends

Required:

1. Work experience in customer service or community management
2. Ability to identify and monitor KPIs for forum
3. Excellent verbal (international communication will be an advantage) and writing skills
4. Work on website traffic growth
5. Attention to detail, solution-oriented and ownership are a must
6. A good learner
7. Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad/ Tara Nagar (Chanda Nagar)
8. Hands-on experience with lead generation
