Job brief: We are looking for a business development executive for our new campus in Delhi. The role involves pitching to various colleges across Delhi-NCR and neighboring states and fixing up appointments for presentations with college authorities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identifying colleges and coaching institutes for IIDE presentations
2. Fixing up appointments for presentations
3. Coordinating with the business development manager/associate (BDM/BDA) for new ways to reach out to colleges and universities for presentations
4. Reaching out to student unions and fest in charge of the database
5. Conducting competitor analysis
6. Maintaining relationships with college professors/deans/principals
Required experience and qualifications:
1. Candidate with good written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency) is preferred
2. Well-groomed, presentable & go-getter
3. Should be well versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GDS/Locker Report, etc.)
4. Knowledge of the WA messenger, Zoom, and automation email software (GMass, Mail Merge, Mail Chimp)
5. Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and strategize with BDM/BDA to combat that
6. Experience: 0-2 years (candidates with 2+ years of experience do not apply)
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
