Business Development Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming sales inquiries as assigned by the system/management
2. Maintain sales data in our Google Sheet and/or Zoho (training will be provided) with data secrecy and nondisclosure
3. Handle walk-ins, take them on a tour of the building and amenities for their course
4. Work on form filling and dashboard handling
5. Appraise them for a course details/curriculum
6. Appraise them for career opportunities, trends in the evolution of the baking industry's international standards, and European palettes
7. Inform them of internships, education loans and counsel their parents as well.
8. Explain accreditations and awards
9. Explain all benefits of course being hands-on 90% with 960+ hours
10. Sell short-term courses
11. Accept advance and update data
12. Coordinate with management for doubts, escalate important requirements, and be a good, positive-minded, mature team player
13. Support organic lead generation by making post reels in your free time
14. outbound calls or WhatsApp messages of new courses or scheduled upcoming short courses
15. Work on promos
16. Report to the accounts team on all fee collections and ensure all fees are paid before student induction

Note: Salary and incentives will be based on previous experience and etc.
