About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor effective implementation of business development activities and assemble the business's innovative ideas
2. Manage the full sales cycle strategies and practices resulting in consistent growth
3. Promote the company's services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives
4. Generate business leads through online bidding or cold calling, email marketing, etc. for web and mobile application design & development
5. Data Gathering: Through various social media platforms as data is the precious thing and will last longer than the systems themselves'
6. Bidding on online portals like oDesk, eLance, Freelancer, up work, etc.
7. Follow-up: Regularly on existing leads because if you are not taking care of your leads your competitor will'
8. Coordinate with management team and participate in national and international business expos and conferences
9. Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets because a goal is a dream with a deadline'
10. Handle customer objections and present their business proposals and ensure sales closure

1. Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
2. Demonstration ability to interact with C-Level executives of various industries across the globe
3. Ability to manage stratagem sales tasks independently with minimum support because 'your actions will delineate and define you'
4. Awesome capabilities to manage all international client communication and maintain an effective collaborative relationship
5. A primary knowledge of trending technologies
6. Fullest energy and ambitions

Will be a plus:

1. Knowledge of IT sales cycle
2. Target chasing ability
3. Experience of cold calling
4. Experience of content writing

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 60%

2. Variable component: 35%
