Looking to hire a strong BDA for the painting category. (Inside Sales)
Job Location: Lucknow (Work From Office).
This role requires your immediate joining. This is a high-ownership role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a Business Development Associate, one would be responsible for looking for the entire Sales life-cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of qualified customers till the final conversion i.e. getting leads hired for the painting service.
2. Counseling the prospects via Calls.
3. Creating and maintaining the data of potential customers with a strong Follow-up.
Qualification:
1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in BPOs or Sales (any product or service)
2. Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
3. Please share relevant leads or tag relevant POCs.
(This will be a Contractual Role for 3 Months and will be extended on the basis of performance)
CTC - (3.5 LPA - 3.75 LPA)+Health Insurance
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,75,000 /year
