About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of talk time over calls per day
2. Conduct 1-2 virtual sessions (VCs) per day, each lasting at least 60 minutes
3. Connect with a minimum of 40% of your leads each day, i.e., make a minimum of 4 to 5 dials on every lead
4. Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets

Skills and Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
2. Ability to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy
3. Ability to persuade learners toward enrolling in courses while ethically influencing their decisions
4. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 1 year spent in a single company

2. Prior experience in selling education products [Preferred]

3. Minimum graduation or above, with qualifications from relevant backgrounds preferred:

- For Data/Tech/AI programs: Engineering, Computer Science, BCA

- For Management programs: BBA, Management, BSc, BCom, & any other graduation program

4. Previous experience working a 6-day workweek

5. Currently working in the capacity of an individual contributor

6. Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company

7. Graduation is a requirement for the role, but exceptions may be made for candidates unable to complete their degree due to specific circumstances, provided they meet all other required criteria
