Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact physiotherapists from the provided list of leads via calls, emails, and follow-ups
2. Build rapport and establish trust with potential leads to encourage their active participation on the platform
3. Articulate the features and benefits of PhysiosPlus to potential members, showcasing how the platform can help them expand their client base and streamline their practice
4. Provide step-by-step guidance to physiotherapists during the registration and onboarding process
5. Address questions or concerns from physiotherapists, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience
6. Work towards achieving set monthly and quarterly onboarding goals
7. Identify and resolve challenges that may hinder the onboarding process
8. Gather feedback from physiotherapists about the onboarding process and platform features
9. Share insights with the team to improve services and onboarding strategies
10. Update and manage lead data, onboarding status, and communication history in CRM tools like Zoho
11. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress to your team leader/manager
