1. Work on learning & understanding Skillovilla's products, prospective clients & services well
2. Work on understanding customer needs, and requirements and correlate solutions and customer requirements
3. Identify and qualify new customers coming from our inbound and outbound lead funnel
4. Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
5. Work on documenting all pertinent customer information and conversations in the CRM system
6. Respond, engage, and qualify inbound/outbound leads and inquiries
7. Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high-potential new customers
8. Work on achieving monthly & quarterly quotas
9. Perform effective online demos for prospects
Who can apply:
1. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi and English are mandatory, knowing regional languages will be a plus)
