Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Pitch to the parents to take the demo classes
2. Take counseling sessions and convert them
3. Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
4. Identify the opportunities and convert the prospects into customers
5. Handle both inbound and outbound calls
6. Call the leads assigned
7. Update the database on a timely basis for the contacted prospects
8. Conduct timely follow-ups with the prospects
9. Maintain a detailed database with all the information about the prospects
10. Close the sale through a smart and strategic approach
11. Promote the company and its product/service
12. Build new client relationships and maintain existing ones

Requirements:

1. Must have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector
2. 1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred
3. Strong written and verbal communications skills
4. Interested in mentoring and guiding students
5. Fluent in English
6. Experience in all stages of the sales cycle
7. Evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills
