Key responsibilities:
1. Leading the complete sales cycle right from prospecting, customer engagement, creating business strategies and solution design, negotiation to deal closure and execution, payment to achieve sales objectives with respect to product portfolio, volume and sector growth.
2. Individually contribute towards getting clients.
3. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activities.
4. Identify requirements for new services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
5. Able to generate new business and raise awareness about the company s services.
6. A high level of attention to detail
7. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Other requirements

M.Tech /BTech/MCA/BCA/MSc (IT)/BSc (IT)/MBA from Computer Science Background

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Skills Required:
-Excellent knowledge and proven work experience of bidding through B2B web portals such as Upwork, freelance, other portals
-Engage in written communication with prospects to understand the nature of the project and ascertain detail to draft and send an adequate response.
-Sound Knowledge of lead generation and preparing effective Cover Letters.
-Experience in lead generation and Conversion.
-Experience in making authentic documents.
-Able to develop effective working relationships with clients through regular meetings/interactions.
-Follow-up with prospects and pitch FocalCode as a suitable partner for their initiatives.
-Should identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market
