As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for:
1. Identifying and exploring potential opportunities to expand our business
2. Developing and managing relationships with existing and new clients
3. Leading meetings with prospective clients
4. Negotiating and securing contracts
5. Growing and managing existing accounts
6. Identifying opportunities for improving customer relations
7. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of our marketing campaigns
8. Generating and presenting weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
