Key responsibilities:

1. Work on owning the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
2. Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
3. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
4. Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
5. Work on prospecting and lead generation

Skills & requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Fresher or 3-6 months experience in inside sales & preferably ed-tech
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
