IT Business Partner- Business applications Support (base location : Bangalore)

Managing Key Strategic Relationships between IT, Business and IT
Extended Partner/Support Vendors
Experience in any business analytical application tool to build KPIs & MIS
dashboards
Analyse business requirements and prepare recommendations and
business plans
Development and implementation of solution road maps that are aligned
to the business units' and organisation's need
Oversee the launch of solutions with proper documentation testing & help
to maximize the positive impact on the business unit and organisation
Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information
relevant stakeholders regarding business requests and projects and
initiatives
Ensure training for users and drive the adaptation thereon

Certifications requirement:
5 years plus relevant experience with analytical domain in Business
Analysis and / or Project Management
BE CSC/IT branch or MCA with good technical & functional knowledge on
ITO, O2C , P2P cycle.
Worked on ERPs (preferably SAP) & Added adv. On CRM or Dealer
management systems
Progressive experience in manufacturing industry (preferably
discrete/automotive mfg)
Any certifications like PMP, Scrum, Data Science /Analytics will be an added
advantage
