1. Build product strategy and road map in line with the set goals
2. Work closely with business and operations teams to understand respective pain points and address them through automation in processes to ensure an awesome customer experience
3. Own all aspects of the product right from ideation, requirement understanding/gathering, cross-function impact analysis, exhaustive use case/story identification, building wireframes, related documentation, plan customer communication and drive it closely with the technology team through development, QA, UAT, and finally adoption at operations/end customer's end
4. Analyse reports/data regularly for key feature/product metrics for identification of improvement opportunities
5. Create/maintain reporting dashboards as the one-stop view of daily transactions/operations
6. Work on end-to-end delivery of work at all phases, (this may involve analyzing the problem at hand (gap in the processes, system, etc.), preparing related documents, preparing cost-effective business plans, taking walkthroughs for development and testing team, assisting the business in UAT) and act as a single point of contact between all stakeholders
7. Work on data analysis & research
8. Analyze market trends and model potentials & accordingly execute actions
9. Identify and track metrics that support overall objectives
10. Work with internal teams and stakeholders to generate ideas & Identify ideas that align with the strategy
11. Lead team meetings, manage backlogs, and prioritize work
12. Streamline the gaps in the business process
13. Explore the KPIs that leading companies use to measure the success of their business
14. Collaborate with business stakeholders to create clear and concise documentation of requirements for new features/functionality
15. Partner with engineering teams to translate the requirements into stories and further breakdown to engineering specifications
Required:
1. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize a product roadmap by synthesizing business and stakeholder requirements and identifying areas of opportunity
2. Fresher candidates must have a B. Tech or MCA/MSc IT background or else experienced candidate with relevant experience in the domain
This is a cross-functional role, where the incumbent will be required to work in close interaction with various business teams, operations teams, other product owners, technology teams, external vendors for API integration, etc.
