Key responsibilities:

1. Visit the client's locations
2. Close new deals at a high rate
3. Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
4. Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
5. Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
6. Monitor the company s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 17%

3. Other incentives: 3%
