Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and resolve project issues
2. Analyse complex business problems and determine an IT solution
3. Gather data and analyse business and user needs
4. Provide recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client's business goals.
5.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
6. Define objectives and scope of business system
7. Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution
8. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
