Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in regional languages such as Bengali and Tamil is required (native speakers only).
2. Work schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off.
3. Shift flexibility: Comfortable working night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts.
4. Video conferencing: Must be comfortable participating in video calls.
5. Compensation: Salary of up to 45K CTC monthly, depending on interview performance and previous salary.
