The verification and investigation coordinator/ back office executive will be responsible for coordinating verification and investigation assignments on behalf of major insurance companies, both life and general. This is a full-time office-based role.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with the field team and clients and arranging the case survey/verifications to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
2. Avoiding escalations and ensuring quality reporting to meet the companies' targets within defined timelines
3. Closing the verified cases with reports within the defined timelines
4. Training and sensitizing the field team with new updates
5. Working on desktop verifications
Skills & requirements:
1. Must be a graduate
2. Grammatically correct English writing skills are mandatory
3. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
4. Negotiation and interpersonal skills
5. Working knowledge of e-mails
6. Preferred candidate staying closer to Shivpuri (Boring Road), has a two-wheeler, a laptop, or a desktop at home
7. 3 months probabtion period
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
