About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop training curriculum and materials for AWS DevOps courses, including but not limited to lectures, hands-on labs, exercises, and assessments
2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and online, ensuring participants grasp complex technical concepts effectively
3. Customize training programs to align with the skill levels and learning objectives of diverse audiences, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced professionals
4. Stay updated with the latest AWS services, DevOps tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance the training content and delivery methods
5. Provide guidance and support to participants throughout their learning journey, addressing questions, clarifying doubts, and offering practical advice
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote training programs, attract new clients, and expand our reach in the market
7. Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
8. Contribute to the development of new training offerings and certifications in alignment with industry standards and best practices

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

2. AWS certifications

3. Proven experience working as a DevOps engineer, cloud architect, or similar role with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing AWS infrastructure

4. Demonstrated proficiency in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

6. Prior experience in delivering training or teaching technical subjects to diverse audiences, preferably in a corporate or educational setting

7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training content and delivery methods based on the needs of different learners

8. Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing and DevOps

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
