About the job

Digitopper is looking for a motivated 'Telesales Executive' to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, promoting our premium ghee products, and closing sales efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote Digitopper products.
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Meet sales targets and generate leads.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred).
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
4. Basic knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
